Mistral Saab ltd's main bussiness areas are development of submerged hydrotechnical structures and specialized interventions with divers, in normal or emergency situations. In this regards, the company is approved by the Romanian Naval Authority (ANR), also holding approval certification from various international institutions.

The company has a highly skilled diving and auxiliary personnel, with speciality training at the Romanian Navy Diving Center in Constanta, Romania and other international diving courses. In terms of human capital our company has a vast experience of over twenty years in the field of underwater hydrotechnical constructions, experience gain in many jobs well done all over the world. Mistral Saab ltd.'s personnel (divers, logistics, asistence) is instructed to respect and enforce the international rules and regulations regarding the diving and connex activites with emphasis on the safety norms and quality for the executed operation.

Ever since it's foundation (year 2003) to the present our company has succeeded the completition of many underwater works both in Romania and abroad (Algeria, Israel). Location of the works includes maritime and fluvial ports (Constanta, Agigea, Algiers, Galati, Midia, Mangalia, Calarasi) and also other locations on the Black and Mediterranean Sea shores, hydrotechnical plants, dams, etc..
